1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading or using the Puggle app ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Subscriptions (Puggle Pro)

Puggle offers optional, auto-renewing premium subscriptions (monthly and yearly) as well as lifetime purchases to unlock unlimited statement uploads and advanced features.

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no guarantees that the financial extraction processes or categorization will be 100% accurate. You are responsible for reviewing imported data for correctness.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Puggle, nor its developers, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.

5. App Store Legal Information

This License Agreement is concluded between You and the Developer, and not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App and the content thereof. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App.
